With around 90,000 job postings published annually, INTERAMT is Germany’s largest job portal exclusively dedicated to the public sector. As a leading provider of e-recruiting solutions in the public sector, the platform has connected job seekers and employers from federal, state, and local authorities on a central platform since 2008. 

INTERAMT is operated by DVZ Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH, which manages the job portal as an independent subsidiary.

The INTERAMT project was launched in 2008 in collaboration with Deutsche Telekom and later continued by DVZ Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH. The original goal was to develop a platform to place Telekom civil servants into new areas of employment. 


Over the years, INTERAMT evolved into the largest online job portal for the public sector in Germany. 


To keep the platform technologically up to date, build a modern software architecture, and ensure long-term maintenance and further development, diva-e Conclusion was brought on board as a technology partner.

The goal of the project was to build a modern digital job portal with an intuitive application management system tailored specifically to the requirements of the public sector.


The focus was on efficiency, data security, and usability with the ambition to optimize the digital experience for both public authorities and applicants while sustainably simplifying application processes.
